Notice is hereby given of the following public hearings to be held by the East Lansing Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., at Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Rd., East Lansing, MI 48823.

  1. A public hearing will be held to consider an application from Larry Viles on behalf of George F. Eyde Family, LLC, for the property at 120 West Saginaw Street. The request is to remove approximately twenty-seven existing trees in addition to trees already removed.
  1. A public hearing will be held to consider an application from Mullin Family Investments, LLC to add four parking spaces to their existing parking lot at 2111 Merritt Road, add a new 1,500 sq. ft. service shed with paved drive access, and replace or add new retaining walls, walkways, and other site features.
