NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 Rezoning from “MX-1” Neighborhood Mixed-Use Center to

“R-2” Suburban Detached Residential

The Lansing City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tony Benavides Lansing City Council Chambers, 10^th Floor, Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan to consider a request by Keaven Henson and Lindsay (Johnson) Henson to rezone 4111 Aurelius Road from “MX-1” Neighborhood Mixed-Use Center to “R-2” Suburban Detached Residential.  The purpose of the rezoning is to bring the single-family residential use of the property into compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
