WRONG! She HAS a "law degree", which she obtained upon graduating from MSU's law school. The point I've raised is that isn't a MEMBER OF THE BAR, which is what defines the word "attorney" in Michigan.

The Bar admits everyone who applies and is legally qualified. They have never admitted the County Clerk to membership. But she IS a graduate of an accredited law school. I'm pretty sure I've observed that distinction during every conversation.
