Home values surrounding it are reduced because it is such an eyesore. As Shrader stated - the upper windows are out of it - they're not even boarded up. Very little money would be needed to at least block them so no more damage is done. Many of us neighbors are hoping it posts for sale and someone who is committed to honoring Lansing's heritage and can show the neighborhood some respect will take over. Shameful disregard of others.
