The Punk Olympics hopes to offer an unhinged middle school field day vibe, inviting groups of friends, family members and co-workers (or whoever else says yes) to immerse themselves in the chaos. Teams of four to 10 will compete in field games and other activities at the Lugnut’s home turf, Jackson Field. The event is a fundraiser for Punks with Lunch, a harm reduction organization that works closely with people impacted by homelessness and addiction. Awards will be presented to the team that raises the most money in the leadup to the event, as well as the winners of the games. Registration is $50 for individuals or $450 for a 10-person team. Spectator admission is $10, with free entry for children under 10.
