WILLIAMSTOWN TOWNSHIP Board Meeting September 10, 2025 Synopsis

The Williamstown Township Board held a regular meeting on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 with Supervisor Poth, Clerk Cleveland, Treasurer VanErp, Trustee Brinker, Trustee Creagh, Trustee Duffy, and Trustee Steinberg present. The Board approved the following:

• Consent Agenda
• Special Use Permit for Trevor Stratton for activity at the Williamstown Community Park
• Amendments to the Township Truck Route Ordinance
• Private Road Ordinance
• Amendments to the Park Use Fee Schedule and application
• Submission of a park tree planting grant to the DNR
• Contracting with Hayhoe Asphalt for repair & sealing of the Township Hall parking lot
