LEAP is also offering loans to businesses that are based in Lansing and have fewer than 100 employees, in addition to other criteria established by MEDC and LEAP. Loans range from $50,000 to $200,000 and will be issued with a 0.25% interest rate and no required collateral. LEAP will award three to 12 such loans.
