FRIDAY, April 10 — State Sen. Curtis Hertel, D-East Lansing, sat down for a video interview with City Pulse editor and publisher Berl Schwartz. They discussed the governor’s extension of the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order; the problems with unemployment compensation; Sen.
