NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
East Lansing Historic District Commission

Notice is hereby given of the following public hearings to be held by the East Lansing Historic District Commission on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., at the East Lansing Public Library, 950 Abbot Road, East Lansing, Michigan 48823:

• A public hearing will be held to consider a request from Laura Dunlap for the property at 1035 Chesterfield Parkway to add siding to the east side of the house.
• A public hearing will be held to consider a request from Brett. Mahaffey for the property at 45 University Drive to replace 5 windows.
• A public hearing will be held to consider a request from Mark Hagerty for the property at 349 University Drive to install solar panels on the garage and house.

The City of East Lansing will provide reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as interpreters for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities upon request received by the City seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting.
