NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EAST LANSING CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given of the following public hearing to be held by the East Lansing City Council on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Rd., East Lansing, MI 48823.

1. A public hearing for a Special Use request from 213 Ann St. Inc. (owner St. Anne LLC) for approval to modify the interior spaces at 213 Ann Street for expansion of the FieldHouse sports bar into adjacent suite B with alcohol service, and conversion of vacant suite C to be used as a pizza shop without alcohol service in the existing building. The property is zoned B-3 City Center Commercial District.

A staff report (Agenda Item Report) for each public hearing will be published on the City’s website the Friday before the meeting. To locate staff reports, please visit the City’s public meeting portal at https://cityofeastlansing.civicweb.net/Portal/ and select the meeting date.

The public may attend and participate at all meetings in person.
