Rezoning from R-3 “Suburban Residential” to MFR “Multi Family Residential”

 The Lansing City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 30, 2024, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 10^th Floor, Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan to consider a request to rezone 3724 Pleasant Grove Road from R-3 “Suburban Residential” to MFR “Multi Family Residential”. The purpose of the rezoning is to permit multiple-family residential use of the subject property.
