Done and done. I can not believe they'd do this, and the reason given an an insult to our intelligence. It doesn't even make any sense. The City Pulse is an invaluable publication for both local and national news, particularly for lower-income folks.

I'm a regular Kroger customer at at least two Krogers in the area, and I will have to seriously rethink patronizing them if they don't reverse this bull-headed decision.
