‘Hamilton’ cast to perform AIDS benefit

FRIDAY, May 10 — The cast of the touring company of “Hamilton” will perform a Memorial Day benefit concert to fight AIDS during the show’s run at the Wharton Center.

The benefit is set for 7 p.m. Monday, May 27, at The Loft, 414 E. Michigan Ave., in Lansing. General admission tickets are $50 and VIP tickets are $75. Visit theloftlansing.com for more information.

The show’s proceeds will go to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

The show is being described as “an intimate evening featuring cabaret-style performances by cast members of ‘Hamilton’ as they perform hits of the 90’s.”

The evening will also feature a live auction, raffle and cash bar. Doors open at 6 p.m.

“Hamilton” opens Tuesday at the Wharton Center and runs through June 2.
