National employee health and fitness day

The Governor's Council on Physical Fitness/Michigan Fitness Foundation invites all Lansing employers and employees to increase worksite productivity and boost employee morale by participating in the National Employee Health and Fitness Day Walk (NEHFD). Participants will walk a one-mile route around the Capitol while sounds of the Hamtramck High School Honor's Band plays during the walk. Businesses interested in signing up for the Capitol event, or creating their own can do so on-line or by calling.
