Qigong (chi gung) is an ancient Chinese exercise practice that conditions the body while quieting the mind. This brings us into balance and promotes health. Qigong is enhanced by practicing in nature, so the class will meet outside, weather permitting. Qigong can be practiced by all people. Register for a 5 week class, May 31-June 28, or drop-in as your schedule permits.
