Lansing kicks of f three new pilot recycling programs

The business has been using the program to recycle everything from computer paper to plastic bottles and cans. Leech said the biggest benefit of the program is the convenience of not having to go out to the dumpster to get rid of a lot of trash.

Safe Harbor, which opened in early July after taking over the lease of Capitol City Compassion Club, occupies a large, open storefront that has a community-centered vibe. The co-owners ' one of whom is Mike Malott, author of the “Michigan Medical Marijuana Handbook” ' were overseeing the dispensary when I visited on a recent Wednesday evening.
