All governments have to have secrets. Locally problems arise when they believe that ALL the information has to be secret. When reporters think they are being shuttled around, they will start looking a little deeper. Some of the irony is that now reporters...and the public think you have something to hide. What are you hiding? The CP should keep up looking under rocks and letting people know that there are some rocks its not allowed to look under.
