The Cook and Thorburn Drain is just about to reimburse taxpayers almost 1,000,000 not because they saved money, but because they had a 15% contingency on a 10,000,000 project.
I would like to know how Mr. Scwartz was able to ask Mr. Lindemann about the Montgomery Drain and confuse Mr. Grebner, who of course would not yet know what drains are what. It seems a little one sided. Why would Mr. Grebner know the Montgomery Drain when he is not yet the drain commissioner.
