Becoming free of yourself through yoga

Several months ago, business took me to Yoga and the Living Arts in
Grand Ledge. As the light shone through the old church windows across
the beautifully arranged spaces all dedicated to yoga
I marveled at the devotion it took to create such a sanctuary. Although
it was inspiring, I didnt understand where that devotion came
from. My understanding of yoga was superficial.
