Because of the holiday, City Pulse will publish on

Preservationists, Council at odds over creating
historic districts
On
Dec. 16, Lansing City Council plans to conduct a public hearing at 7
p.m. at City Hall and vote on an amendment to the current Historic District
Ordinance. According to Council member Carol Wood, Council isnt
putting scare tactics in to oppose historic districts. But preservationists
are skeptical.
