The case against the pipeline
More than 9,000 Lansing residents live in homes, apartments and manufactured
housing in neighborhoods directly adjacent to the I-96 expressway. The
homes are modest, but the residents tend their small lawns, and children
play, and American flags in cloth or paper hang from windows.
