Bonnie Bucqueroux (Web Doctor)

Bonnie Bucqueroux, a National Magazine Award-winning journalist, will write about crime and justice. Bucqueroux spent nine years collaborating with the late Dr. Robert Trojanowicz on promoting community policing reform. In that capacity, she spent 18 months working with residents of public housing on developing strategies to reduce youth violence and she continues to consult with police agencies nationwide. She is now executive director of Crime Victims for a Just Society that promotes progressive solutions to crime and violence. She also coordinates the Victims and the Media Program at Michigan State’s School of Journalism. Bucqueroux’ other passion is the Internet. She co-hosts the local chapter of Webgrrls and will be a presenter at WEB2001 in San Francisco this fall. She serves as Web Doctor to her husband's web design firm, Newslink Associates. Submit questions to her and she will help you heal your ailing website.
